Easy homemade butternut squash soup is naturally thick and creamy, perfect for the season when butternut squash is available in abundance. Full of butternut flavour, this soup is perfect for when you’re craving a warm and creamy bowl of comfort.

This recipe is easy to prepare, and the incredible flavor of the butternut squash really shines.
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Take a large pot and put a little bit of sunflower oil in it.
- Put in the peeled and slices dices of butternut squash, carrot, onion and garlic in the pot and stir on a medium to high heat. Add in the curry powder.
- Add the chicken stock, salt and pepper and boil everything further for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Puree once everything is cooked.

- 1 butternut squash
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1,5 liter chicken stock
- 1tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 chilli (optional)
