Hasselback Potatoes

Recently I discovered Hasselback Potatoes! It’s a great potato variation for any day.

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 c.
  2. There’s a trick to slice these hasselback potatoes perfectly. Place a chopstick on each side of the potato.
  3. Thinly slice the potato with a knive. The chopsticks will prevent you cutting through the potato.
  4. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and garnish with a little bit of butter (optional) and parsely.

INGREDIENTS

  • small potatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
