Easy Lemon Cake

Here’s an easy recipe for Lemon Cake. The simple ingredients combined in this lemon cake  give some incredibly flavorful results, making it a perfect choice for summer picnics or parties.

Super moist and easy lemon cake recipe with only five ingredients.


  1. Preheat the oven at 175 C
  2. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one by one and mix further.
  4. Add the lemon zest and flour and mix smooth.
  5. Put the dough into a cake tin and bake for approx. 1 hour. Enjoy!


  • 200 gr butter
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 200 gr flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
