Here’s an easy recipe for Lemon Cake. The simple ingredients combined in this lemon cake give some incredibly flavorful results, making it a perfect choice for summer picnics or parties.
Super moist and easy lemon cake recipe with only five ingredients.
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the oven at 175 C
- Mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one and mix further.
- Add the lemon zest and flour and mix smooth.
- Put the dough into a cake tin and bake for approx. 1 hour. Enjoy!
- 200 gr butter
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon zest
